How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at support@hanashi.ai within 14 days of your initial purchase. Include your account email and we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
What's Covered
- New subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of your first payment
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the Service, contact us for a prorated refund
What's Not Covered
- Renewal payments: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date.
- Partial months: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time after the 14-day period, except for documented technical issues.
Free Trial
Our 7-day free trial does not require a credit card. You won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe after your trial ends.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for future periods
- Your data remains accessible (you can export it anytime)
