Hanashi is an AI-powered meeting assistant that provides:

  • Real-time audio transcription
  • AI-generated meeting summaries
  • Searchable transcript archives
  • Quick Assist AI helper for in-meeting questions

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with limited access to cloud features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Record conversations without proper consent from all participants
  • Upload or transmit malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Recording Consent

Important: You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents before recording any conversation. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. In many places, all parties must consent to being recorded. By using Hanashi, you represent that you have obtained all required consents.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Niatteru LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your recordings, transcripts, and other content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Transcription and AI-generated summaries may contain errors. You should not rely solely on the Service for critical decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIATTERU LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Niatteru LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
